Purpose: development and trial of new effective techniques of surgical reinnervation of renal and pancreatic transplants on the basis of the analysis of transplantational neurotrauma mechanism and neuropathology of the donor and recipient zones. Methods: neurotopometry, light and electronic microscopy, fluorescent histochemistry, statistic processing. Results: new effective techniques of restoring the innervation of the grafted kidney and pancreas were developed, technically tested and put into clinical practice.
