To formulate a scientific conception, to give a theoretical substantiation of pathogenetic mechanisms and clinicoinstrumental characteristics, to work out scientific and organizational foundations of follow-up, to give practical recommendations for managing children with cardiac connective tissue displasia syndromes aimed at a decrease in both the complication rate and the frequency of the progressive course. Method. A conventional clinicolaboratory study, lipid peroxydation (conjugated dienes, malonic dialdehyde), antioxidant defense (catalase, vitamin E content), acute-phase indices (sialic acid, acid phosphatase), EchoCG, Doppler EchoCG, X-ray examination.
