Object of research. 1392 children with organic diseases of nervous system in the age of from 1 months till 14 years. The purpose: to develop the diagnostic and treatment programs directed on increase of diagnostic accuracy, improvement of efficiency of therapy and decrease the disability rate in children with speech and movement disorders. Methods of research. Were used modern clinical, neurolinguistic, psychological, neurophysiological, immunologic, immunogenetic and neuroradiological methods of research. In treatment modern medicamentous means in a combination to not medicamentous methods of treatment were applied. Results and novelty. The offered methods allow to reduce terms of early diagnostics of a cerebral palsy to 2-3 months, to reduce frequency of heavy forms of disease in 1,3 times, to lower disability rate on 20 %, to improve efficiency of treatment of speech disturbance on 15 %, movement disorders on 20 %, to in crease frequency of cases of consciousness recovery at patients with apallic syndrome by 20 %. Novelty. The way of treatment of speech disturbance at patients with organic diseases of the brain, based on application of pulse electrostimulation on a background of injection of vasoactive preparations for the first time is offered. For the first time circuits of search of the reasons and are offered therapy of an insult at children. Efficiency of a domestic medicine cerebrocurinum and disport blockade for the first time is approved at organic diseases of nervous system. Clinical and immunogenetic characteristic of a multiple sclerosis at children for the first time is given. Diagnostics and therapy of apallic syndrome at children is proved.
