Aim of the study: an elaboration and approbation of the individualized schemes of treatment and prophylaxis of complicated bronchial asthma with recombinant a-2b- interferon- laferon. Methods of the study and equipment clinical, functional with the use of piскfluometer "Vitest КС-1", spiroanaly-er " Spyrosift- 3000", immunological with the use of "ORTHO" firm monoclonic antibodies and "La ROCHE" firm immunofermental . Results: in the course of approbation of the schemes of internasal and inhalation methods of using laferon its clinical efficacy in patients with various stages of severity of bronchial asthma on the back ground of the basic therapy has been proved. It has been determined that the method permits preventing a viral induced relapse in various forms of the disease. Novelty: for the first time a method of treatment and prevention of the complications of bronchia l asthma combined with a viral and fungous infection with home- made recombinant a-2b- interferon- laferon on the background of the basic therapy has been worked out. Efficacy: an application of the elaborate method of the treatment of bronchial asthma allows to shorten the terms of management at the in- patient department to 2-3 bed- days, to increase general streamindices of the external respiration function, to reduce the need of broncholithics to 35-44 per cent relatively, as well as the daily doses and glucocorticosteroids. Sphere of application: allergiology, pulmonology. Advantages over exposed analogues: the elaborate method of treatment and prophylaxis of complicated bronchial asthma combined with a viral and fungous infection allows to shorten the terms of treatment to 2-3 bed- days, to reduce the need of broncholitics to 35-44 per cent in a moderate and severe course of the disease relatively, as well as the daily doses and glucocorticosteroids.
