The work aim: working out of essential principles for creation of a new original methods of correction of different pathological states on the basis of study of functions and modification of retino-hypothalamic connections and reorganization of the intracentral relations. Research methods: physiologic, clinic, psychologic, statistic. Theoretic and practical results and novelty: for the first time applications of retinoreflexogenoic zones in paramacular and peripheral retinal regions each of them (besides participation in vision functions) is able to reflect and modulate activity and plastic properties of nervous centers of one or some corresponding functional systems, if photostimulas with stabile projection are acting upon these zones, is theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed; mod el of retinohypothalamic functional system and local retinoreflexogenoic zones for nervous, neuro-humoral, neuro-immune, neuro-endocrine and gene-regulative regulations of adaptive-homeostatic processes in organism and its some functional systems is described; for the first time novel original method for investigate of receptive optic space, which is a Test Color Space Relations, is proved, described and introduced; a novel methods of diagnostics, correction and treatment of psychic and behavioral, psychosomatic, hypothalamic, suprasegment vegetative disorders and a novel methods of acting on brain and retina are worked out. Effectiveness: a novel data are received, which are ground for development of novel directions in medicine and psychodiagnostics and creation of economically proved devices for original methods of diagnostics and therapy; reduction on 5-15% of duration of therapy and transient disable in patients which are suffering from neuropathologic syndromes.
