To give a theoretical substantiation for development of optimum correction of poststress infringements in burn tissue at stages of an explosive mine trauma. Methods: impedance rheography. The equipment: poligraf П5Ч-02 . Results of research: It was established, that the GABA-ergic system activation through 15 minutеs after explosion by intraperitoneal diazepam introduction in a doze of 3 мg/kg promotes faster maturing of a connecting tissue. Novelty: the received results allow to see emergency stimulation of GABA-ergic stress - limiting system by positive preparations not only as a way of emergency preventive maintenance of complications, but also as a way of burn tissues healing acceleration. Sphere of use: t he results can be used at rendering assistance by the injured of an explosive mine trauma and trauma caused by its thermal component, and also in pedagogical process.
