The object of a research is 807 patients with urolithiasis, in which treatment was used lithotripsy, 43 patients with left-side varicocele, 68 patients with chronic renal unsufficiency, with which is executed allotransplantation of a kidney. The work aim: lowering invasionatable of diagnostics and treatment urological diseases, cutting of periods preoperative and full it is not enough of stationary treatment, periods of temporary invalidity, lovering of an amount inflammatorian and treetmening complicationns by development of algorrithm of diagnostics and treatment of the patients on of basis minime ivasions of methods used including prehospitals stage. Methods of research: clinical-learninganamnes of disease, complaints, objective atate of the patient; laboratory - analisys of blood, urea and creathonin of plasma of blood, mineralogic and chemical analysis of structure stones; ectasy of upper uriniria tracts, computer tomography; radioisotope - radiorenography. Obtained results: lowering invasions of extempore treatment at renal colica from 60 % up to 15 %, cutting of periods of stationary treatment on the average with 15 about 8 days, cutting of periods of temporary invalidity approximately on 30 % - 35 % lowering of an amount inflammation and yatrogenic complications of urolithiasis from 24 % up to 14 - 12 % lowering of a level of a relapse varicocele with 19 up to 2-3 %. Novellty: the patented ways of mathematical forecasting of consequences allotransplantation of a kidney, treatment of urolithiasis, left-side varicocele were used.
