The aim: investigation of ionospheric plasma using Ukrainian incoherent scatter data. The novelty: by means of incoherent scatter radar, which is the only one at the middle latitudes of Europe, the unique data about ionosphere behavior under high solar activity are obtained.Thermal and ionization processes are investigated. Experimental data was comparised with measuremen results at North America region as well as with International Reference Ionosphere. Numerical solution continuouty equation results promoted to progress of dynamic process physical theory of the ionosphere. The observation data are contributed to Ukrainian region database. The efficiency of introduction: the experimental data essentially promote to solar-terrestrial connexions development. The area (branch) of application: the fundamental investigations of solar-terrestrial connexions and circumterrestrial environment; forward-looking technologies of information, the devices of comple x automatisation, the systems of communication.
