Aim of project: investigation of morphology and dynamics of light ions, systematization of measured data. Innovation: In 2001 the new technique of motion rate plasma calculation is introduced that has allowed to study the dynamic processes of plasma transfer between ionosphere and protonosphere. At research of ionosphere parameters during perturbations of a natural origin as a solar eclipse and magnetic storms is elucidated, that these appearances cause global reconstruct of different areas of the near-earth environment. As a result of the carried out matching of measured altitude distributions of light ions with the data of I.S. radars of the American region, satellites Atmosphere Explorers and FLIP model, the principle agreement in a qualitative sense is obtained. However in a quantitative sense considerable distinction is observed, that can be used for an improvement of global model of ionosphere . Efficiency of innovation: the characteristics of light ions behavior give important information for fundamental investigations of solar-terrestrial physics, ionosphere-magnetosphere coupling and for working out of self-consistent model of outer space factors and processes on the Earth coupling. The area (branch) of application: the fundamental investigations of solar-terrestrial connections and circumterrestrial environment; forvard-looking technologies of information, the devices of over-all automation, the systems of communication.
