The researches were carried out with use of means of communication, PC, incorporated in a local network, newest system software. During performance of work were: the forms of the entering and leaving documents, algorithms of the analysis of the information are staticized technology of the tax and processing of the information,; software formation of databases, processing and registration of parameters; the individual monitoring of a condition of the basic technical economic parameters of economic activity of the industrial enterprises was carried out: volumetric parameters (commodity production, realization from a beginning of year, consumer goods), labour parameters (fund of payment of work, average registration number of the personnel, average wages). By basic scientific technical production, which is created and under the contract with State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine a re the Collections information analytical of the reports. In the information analytical reports the results of researches (table, diagrams, figures) on the named above parameters move, where the data are incorporated on conditional regions of Ukraine, areas and branches of Committee. The reports are allocated for the small enterprises and enterprises, except for small. In particular, in the Collection for 4 months of 2001 the diagrams and tables of parameters of volumes of manufacture of commodity production on the data of the appropriate period 1992 - 2001, final reports with distribution on industrial complexes and managements, decoding of the basic technical and economic parameters on areas, arrangement of the enterprises on volume of release of commodity production for 4 months of 2001 are given.
