It was estimated the effectivity of suppressive therapy after benign goitre, under multinoduli goitre and under antirecidive treatment after surgical operation on thyroid glands. It was proved that L-thiroxin suppressive doses didn't effective in the reducing noduli, but they were effective in reducing of goiter. Retrospective analysis of antirecidive therapy after surgical operation of benign multinoduli goiter didn't prove the effectivity of suppressive therapy in prevention recedives under nonadequate surgical operation.
