The new method allowed considerably extended the viability and functioning of thyroid transplantate in recipient organism. It was attained by adding the Sertoli cells and adrenal gland cells to the culture of thyroid cells. The adrenal gland cells owing to the glucocorticides synthesis reduced manifestations of sharp rajection of transplantate and presence of Sertoli cells suppressed the immune reactions by destruction of specific clones of activated lymphocytes.
