The purpose of the given work consists in development of construction principles of microwave distribution systems with integration of information flows and creation the draft of МТDS range 28 GHz for problem solving on providing with telephony services, digital television and data transfer (with the Internet-access) in boundaries of a separate territorial zone. The work actuality consists in implantation in an information network system of education and science establishments the modern high-performance telecommunication radio technologies, in particular, microwave integrated telecommunication systems of range 28 GHz. By results of work fulfilment МТDS constructed as a honeycomb structure of a type "star" with one center - base station, and number of subscriber stations located in line of sight concerning the antenna of a base station. On base station is established the transmitter with the circul ar or sector-shaped pattern antenna and necessary equipment for formation digital streams. In a system for forward channels (from base to subscriber stations) is used the time division, and for return - frequent division.
