With the help of functions of Lyapunoff, which one represents the total of units from phase coordinates and their linear combinations, the structure of a control law is shaped, which one has property of pseudo-linearity. Her application allows to cancel non-stationarity of the object of handle and to create a management system, which one is insensitive to changes of own parameters.
