Methods development for the optimum characteristics modeling of soliton fiber-optic links with dispersion management and research of possibilities their usage on the telecommunication network of Ukraine. The purpose of activity - creation of new types of metal-dielectric planar fibers that have the extended range of operating frequencies of a single mode and the sizes are magnified. Creation of new types of planar fibers for creation of a fissile coating in injected lasers of integrated optics that will allow minimizing a threshold current. Development of research methods and parameter computer modeling of soliton fiber optic link with dispersion management with the usage purpose their unique properties on the telecommunication network of Ukraine. The research technique - is offered a synthesis me thod of single-mode inhomogeneous optical planar fibers with a composite profile of refraction index of in the cross-section of waveguiding coating fiber. With the help of a new synthesis method the different types of fibers with the magnified band of a single mode; with the magnified width of the cross-section; with local in narrow area of waveguiding coating of a modal power spreading on a light guide are obtained. The actual instrument permitting to develop new types of passive and active devices of integrated optics is generated. The advantages of application of the synthesized light guides in the soliton communication link with dispersion management are probed. The new methods of the analysis and prediction of the characteristics of soliton a fiber optic link with dispersion management permitting to simulate a features of an information communication by soliton pulses without usage of expensive equipment for holding of experiment are offered. The obtained results are defining for improvement of the chara cteristics of an integral optical device (waveguide optical choppers, switches, lasers), used in high rate telecommunication link with a spectral channel separation.
