The generalized mass-transfer multistage model is developed for the several diffusion processes; the novel mathematical methods of the diffusion parameter calculations are proposed for the every thin films components; the quantitative diffusion data are obtai-ned by using Auger Electron Spectroscopy and Secondary Ion Mass-Spectrometry data. The conditions of the creation of transition layers diffusion barriers are investigated for the range of thin films interface; the effect of essential influence of added surface layers on the kinetic and mechanism of diffusion processes in the multilayer compo-sotions is found.
