A model of equipment and gas-stove burner for hydrogen-oxygen mixture (HOM) combustion that allowed to regulate gas-dynamical and thermal characteristics of stream of combustion products of HOM. New scientific results concerning the frontiers of stabile burning of hydrogen-oxygen flame with addition of different carbon-hydrogen composites for different geometry of nozzle channel. The length of flame active zone which may be used for particle heating and acceleration for gas-flame surfacing was determined, scientific recommendations were given concerning HOF usage for surfacing of materials with different thermo-physical properties. The results may be used for TIG equipme nt designing especially for stainless steel sheet joints of high insurance and for rational frontiers determination of HOF usage for gas-flame surfacing with functional properties given.
