The assemblies and parts of the fuel systems of the gas-balloon automobiles with gas-petrol engines which can work on natural gas or on petrol are widely used in these new systems. To drive the sensor-distributor of ignition current and centrifugal-pneumatic limiter of maximum engine speed the special gearing drive is needed. It is also necessary to modernize the sensor-distributor of ignition current which on the engine YaMZ-236-GD have to distribute of ignition carrent with intervals 45 and 75 degree of the distributor shaft. The analysis of alternative fuels utilization in internal combustion engines, especially metanol and etanol spirits, has been fulfilled. The structural scheme of the fuel system for internal combustion engine in which spirit fuel are used has been worked out. On base of this structural scheme the design scheme of the spirit fuel system for ZMZ-53-12 engine has been created. The special carburettor-mixer for this engine has been designed. The results of these investigations are used in designing of fuel systems for new gas engines and engines in which spirit fuels are utilized.
