Objectives: To increase the efficacy of anti-tumor therapy in cancer patients by development and introduction of new ways for correction and individual prognosis of radiation and cytostatic lesions of the connective tissue by determining molecular metabolic mechanisms of development. Меthods: Clinical, hematological, biophysical, biochemical, morphological, ultrastructure. Results: : New protocols of drug correction of radiation and cytostatic complications with a new group of preparations (Antral, Altan, Lioliv, Komplimin) were scientifically substantiated and worked out in the experiment. Clinical and informative significance of biochemical markers of the connective tissue metabolism for individual prognosis of the risk of metastatic lesions of the bones and evaluation of the treatment efficacy was established. The protocols of drug correction of radiation and toxic reactions with Lipochromin and Lioliv were developed and intro duced into clinical practice.
