Non-adiabatic regime of parametric interaction of spin wave with strongly spatially localized pumping was realized. For theoretical description of this interaction regime the generalized reduced equations for slowly varying amplitudes of direct and reverse wave was derived. Strong compression (in several times) of amplified pulse was obtained for the case of non-uniform non-stationary pumping. The extremely high amplification gain (up to 17 dB) of fundamental envelope soliton of spin waves was obtained.
