Methods of investigations: clinical methods, neuropsycological, electrophysiological, radio-immunological, KT-tomography, MRT, biochemical, USDG, statistical methods. It was find out the main pathogenetical mechanizms of the developement and increase of cardiovascular insufficiency in old patients with cerebrovascular diseases: changes, of common and cerebral hemodinamics with reduction of cerebrovascular reserve, activation of thrombocytic hemostasis, changes in neurohumoral of vascular tension and cardiac rhythm (atrial fibrillation), the destructive distrophical changes of cervical section of vertebral column; the negative changes of lipid spectrum of blood serum. Medical and non - medical methods of treatment of old people with cerebrovascular diseases have been offered.
