It consists of introduction, seven sections of main part, conclusion, bibliography, the list of publications on the subject consisting of 135 references. There are 65 figures and 5 tables in the report.Key words: polimerization, micellar solutions, electronic structure, perturbation thermodynamic theory, Ornstein-Zernike equation, associative mean spherical approximation, correlation functions, thermodynamics, phase transitions, ideal chain approximation, colloids, Chandler-Silbey-Ladanyi equation, polyions, solvation, structure factors, surface phenomena, adsorbtion, adhesion, density functional method, computer simulation, Henderson-Abraham-Barker approach, spatial inhomogeneous systems, crystal surface, cooperative adsorbtion, replica method, Lovett equation, orientational ordering.Subjects of investigations: complex liquids such as aqueous and nonaqueous electrolyte and polyelectrolyte solutions, polymer systems, colloidal and ferrocolloidal systems, anisotro pic fluids including liquid crystals, liquid nematics, liquids with dipole-dipole interaction, liquids with classic and quantum internal degrees of freedom, spatialy confined systems, liquids in porous medium, selfassociating systems.Task of work was: to develop a statistical-mechanical description methods of effects of association, orientational ordering and spatial confinement in the theory of complex liquids for description and modeling of their properties such as structural, thermodynamic, kinetic, dielectric, electronic and other properties. One of the basic investigation methods is the one developed by the authors: method of multidensity theory of complex and associative liquids. There are proposed some new and improved existing multidensity integral equations for correlation functions. Effective schemes of analytic and numerical solutions of such equations are constructed. It is developed a three-dimensional analogue of integral equations in atom-atom approach, which in combination with the method of el ectron density functional is used in investigations of interface between a electrolyte solution and a metal electrode. The method of integral equations of liquid state, expanded by exact relations between unary and pair correlation functions, is used as a basis in the theory of anisotropic liquids. The atom-atom approach in the theory of liquids is generalized in the framework of replica method for description of a molecular liquid which is adsorbed into a disordered medium.
