The urgency of researches is determined by distribution(propagation) of the indicated processes in oil, petrochemical industries, power engineering, metallurgy in the field of an environmental protection and diverse areas. Practical value of activity conditioned by applying of designed methods, design algorithms and complexes of the programs to the solution of new practical problems of the analysis and control of unilateral processes of diffusion and warm-mass transfering widespread in an industry and ambient environment. Thus the site of boundaries of process is fixed, but it is not known. The offered methods have allowed to take into account a number of "thin" physical effects, that it is in essence impossible to take into account on the basis of diverse methods of mathematical formalising of physical processes.
