Is rotined, that on a phase-structural system condition depends not only nature of reallocation of atoms of a coupling diffusant, and and parameters of its diffusive movability. Is demonstrated, that these parameters can on orders of magnitudes differ from parameters of diffusive interaction in simple systems. Is installed, that under certain conditions effect anomalously is transmitted to high diffusive movability from one phase party by another. Is rotined, that effect of the external factors (thermal, electrospark, machining job, hydrostatic pressure, the exposure) on diffusive masstransfer results in a cardinal modification of phase-structural makeup heterofasion of systems. Owing to such effect there are processes of ordering - order-disorder transformation, amorphisation of disperse phases of a system, forming and shattering of quasi-crystals, transformation of defect structure.
