They revealed and generalized the basis problems in the entrepreneurship among which a special place is occupied by financial ones caused by shortcomings in the current taxation system and business crediting. Other problems include: the regulative ones caused by the current practice of the government intervention? in the activities of business units; and problems related to the insufficient organizational, informational, and scientific and technological support of entrepreneurship and business activities in Ukraine. Basing on the analysis of international experience, the authors developed and justified proposals concerning the ways and methods of solving the problems related to entrepreneurship and business activities in Ukraine. They give proposals on the improvement of normative and legal base that regulates various aspects of business activities. The works contains determination of intermediate and final results to achieve by solving the problems related to support of etrepreneurship and business activities with the use the proposed measures. Introduction in practice is being done by the requestor in order to increase scientific and practical level of a priority topic of the Ministry of Economy’s activities in 2001.
