The world experience concerning principles and mechanisms of budget financing of agrarian sphere is analysed. Similarity and differences between directions of financial support in Ukraine and other states are determined. The comparative analysis of volumes of state support of agrarian sphere, including their conformity to rules of system GATT/WTО is made. The offers concerning change of an orientation of the working and introduction of the new approaches to budget financing of an agriculture are proved, the recommendations for calculation of a marginal level of the grants on financing of agrarian sector from the state budget are developed in view of tax loading.
