Aim of investigation: complex morphofunctional analysis dynamics of injury and coincident compensatory and adaptation reactions of liver, lungs of the rats on different levels of structure organization after burn and cryodestruction of the skin. Methods of investigation: histological, electron microscopical, macro- and micromorphometrical, biochemical, mathematical. It was traced that thermal lesion of rats skin (local burn and cold trauma) accompanies with significant, multiple morphological and functional changes in liver and lungs of experimental animals. Tissue and cellular manifestation of liver and lungs lesions after burn of the skin and cryodestruction differ by peculiarities of time dynamics, degree of the lesion and effectiveness of compensatory and adaptation processes. Practically during all time of experiment lesion of rats skin, liver and lungs were more denominated after burn trauma. Analysis of cytometric and stereological r eadings, also, showed that burn of the skin generally provoke more denominated negative changes in histo- and stereometric readings in parts of liver and lungs lesions during all time of experiment. Initial manifestation of compensation of hepatocytes functions (criterions of intracellular regeneration) already erised when processes of organells and other cell components lesions have been exist. It was traced that skin, liver and lungs reparation after cryodestruction is more effectiveness than after burn lesion because far in the experiment epidermal layer of skin wasn't thicken and in more parts of liver and lungs absent overgrowth of connective tissue. Analogous dynamics of morphological and functional readings of liver tissue condition and morphological readings of lungs after local burn and skin cryodestruction released to consider community of cytological mechanisms of reaction and compensation of broken functions in liver and lungs.
