Methods of investigation are high-resolution CCD observations, photometry with the use of special image processing algorithms, building of lightcurves and their analysis. Facilities: 1.5-meter AZT-22 telescope, specially adapted to high-resolution imaging, CCD cameras. The main results, which are new: 1)lightcurves of four gravitationally lensed quasar components of Q2237+0305 system (the Einstein Cross) for the time period 1997-2000, and discovering of noticeable temporal variations of the components colours; 2)lightcurves of a newly discovered SBS 1520+530 gravitational lens system for the 1998-2001 time period, and detection of the lensing galaxy in R and I spectral bands, with the estimates of its magnitudes; 3)two sets of monitoring of Q0957+561 gravitational lens system, fulfilled in the framework of the international monitoring campaign "QuOC Round-the-Clock"; 4)theoretical invest igation of microlensing in the case when a microlens is passing close to a macrolens critical curve.
