It is determined that an increase of concentration of free electrons promotes a short-range atomic ordering while localization of free electrons generates a decomposition of solid solution. It is proved that Ni, Si, Al, N promote an atomic ordering and facilitate a mobility austenitic-є-martensite interface boundaries, which controls a shape memory effect and a damping. While Cr, Mn, Mo, C generates a short-range disodering and a klastering. It is shown that the nitrogen alloying improves a value of inverse deformation, increases recovery stress in Fe-Mn-Si alloys and increases a damping capacity in Fe-Mn alloys. The Fe-N based alloy with high strength, a shape memory and a damping characteristics was developed. The Ukrainian and Russian patents are taken out. The application for European patent is given. The concept of correlation between electron stractur e, short-range atomic order and mobility interface boundaries is applied to development of alloys showing magnetic shape memory effect.
