Is rotined, that methane fermentation products contained a significant amount of vitamins group B and phytohormones of indolil and citokinin nature, that stipulated their high growth regulator activity. The technology of their usage for increasing of the productivity of agricultural crops by before sowing processing of seeds and spraying of vegetans plants in sensing phases of their development was made. High effectivity of these products in gene protection quality of a means at draft on funds of protection of plants, in particular of herbicides treflan and stomp was demonstrated . Usage of PTMF together with sees treated fungicide has enabled essentially (on 25 - 50 %) to reduce a dose of fungicide at seeds treatment, without reducing its efectivity and by that to lower costs on before sowing processing of seeds. Cultual liquids of alimentary yeast the polysaccharides having similar activity contained a plenty of polypeptide components showing antitumoral operating (on model of crown - gall swellings). On the basis of these researches the guideline on application of PTMF in agriculture to increase the productivity of agricultural crops was made.
