The purpose of the research — the methodical means' elaboration of quantitative analysis of water element structure in internal pools, ponds, and other water objects for an estimation of the ecological state in natural pools and evaluation of their pollution by difficult toxiferous metals. The research methods — chemical - X-ray-fluoresce analysis. The analysis of state of the contemporary analytical methods has been conducted, which one are used in the field of check of element structure of water objects. The choice and substantiation of a method of analysis is taken, which can supply a complete fulfilment for the given research according to a technical manual of study. The analysis of state of the research methods, the methods of applications and instrumentation for culling representative water samples and formulated requests according to these problems were done. The considered modern means of preservation and fixati on selected water samples were examined. The considered methods of combat preparation of water objects' samples for miscellaneous tool methods of final analysis were presented with both their given estimation and borders of usage. The natural experimental research of structure of difficult toxiferous metals in natural waters both aquatic organisms in artificial and natural pools of the Kharkov locale were provided. There are the examples of a structure difference of heavy metals in organisms-filters, which habit Krasnooskolsky and Krasnopavlovsky water-reservoirs. On this base the problems were considered according to possibility of using of aquatic organisms as screening monitors and detecting instruments of ecological state of pools. The applied usage of designed methods of analysis is confirmed at a solution of concrete problems of water protection. Utilised during the research fulfilment methods of definition of the heavy metal contents in water objects meets the requirements of an operationability of the monitoring system providing efficiency of water protecting measures.
