The optimum applications of both methods and means of the similarity theory and modeling with respect to problems of sensitivity of control systems are determined and the op-portunity of such applications is shown. The similarity conditions of the optimization process of system states are established with the help of automatic control systems (ACS). The method for sensitivity estimation of the mathematical model of optimum control with eigenvalues using the criterial method is created. The methods and algorithms for the determination of limits of an in-sensitivity area (i. e. an optimality area) of the components of the control vector for normal states of dynamic systems are developed in the analytical form. Practical applications of the latter for both the optimization of the states of electric power systems and the creation of the ACS of EPS states allow to reduce the loss of electric power by 3-5 per cent.
