From the point of theory and practise of cooperation between institutions of local government and insurance companies in conditions of market economy, with regard to peculiarities of insurance in Ukraine there are possibilities of taking part of City Executive Committee in creating of additional investment funds on the base of principles of present law and documents of the Cabinet of Ministers in Ukraine in the branch of the management of the territory and insurance. Directions and ways of creating of additional investment funds are determined and needed forms of documents are created. The materials can give answers to the questions concerning the methods of cooperation between mediators, insurers and insurants, variants and order of estimation of financial conditions and reliabilities of subjects of insurance process for analysis and making decisions concerning recommendations by insurance mediator to insurance company or insurant. Forms and content of this documents, which are possible in using of institutions of local government, self-supporting subdivisions of City Executive Committee, insurance mediators, insurants, insurers and other involved subjects, are found out and included. Calculation efficiency of this new method on the example of Kiev can be 60 bln hryvna every year according to the data of the period under review of insurance market in Ukraine for 2000 year without investments of own funds in process.
