The reaction of dibrom derivatives of chalcone polyarene substituent with ammonia and carbonyl compounds is studied. The compounds possessing high radiation response are revealed. They are used as a base for the development of outlines for creation of high-sensitivity visualizing radioactivity indicators. A new reaction of the formation of tetrahydropyrimidine cycle by direct interaction of aromitic unsaturated ketones with ammonia and carbonyl compounds. The synthesis of systematic series of aromatic tetrahydropyrimidine substituents is realized for the first time.
