The work is focused on preparation of the project on creation of a complex ensuring diagnostics and monitoring of underwater outflow of gas and petroleum, and also revealing of ecologically dangerous objects on a shelf. The carried out researches have shown an opportunity of creation of a complex, which will ensure monitoring and diagnostics of outflow on depths up to2400 m. The complex includes a number of various means of supervision: hydroacoustic, thermal imaging, television, magnetometric and others.
