The subject of investigations are geological and geochemical problems of oil- and gas-bearing perspectives. The aim of work - substantiation of perspectives of the area proceeding from the combination of geology-geochemical investigations. The geodynamicall, structural, litology-facial and geology- geochemical criteria and methods were substantiated and used. New data about the particularity of distribution of hydrocarbon deposits in the region was obtained. The whole complex of received geological and geochemical exploration data enabled to carry out the oil and gas division into the districts to the level of oil and gas bearing zones and propose the directions and objects for further investigations. The work is recommended to be used in planning of exploration and prospecting works for oil and gas which are carried out by organizations of the oil and gas exploration and extractive complex of Ukraine.
