It was determined that the frequency of allergosis in these cities in 1998 - average 26.14 cases and in 1999 - 26.78 cases per 1000 children. In Donetsk - average 19.49 cases and 27.12; in Gorlovka - 47.92 and 37.87; Makeevka - 28.10 and 18.14 cases in 1998 and 1999 respectively. The leading place in the structure of allergopathology in Donetsk took allergic disorders of ear, nose, throat, trachea, bronchus and eyes (44.04 %, 39.22 %); in Gorlovka - atopic dermatitis and urticaria (30.84 %, 36.35 %); Makeevka - allergic disorders of ear, nose, throat, trachea, bronchus and eyes (31.31 %, 49.61 %) in 1998-1999 respectively.
