The process of growing and physical properties multy-ferrogarnet structures with yttrium-iron monocrystalline garnet and the substituted ferrite-garnet films are present. There are two theoretical approach corresponding different physical process, that take place on induced cholesteric under the increasing of applied voltage are pointed. On the base of offered mathematic model of sensor and carried out investigation of variable liquid crystal probe, the sensor that foresees measuring of pressure in the diapason up to 40 kPa, temperatures in boundary paths 223-333 K and have a possibility to register a week magnetic fields and electric fields in boundary paths up to 2.106 V/m and 1,5 Tl was developed.
