Radiation resistance of primary Hall transducer material has been improved by complex metallurgical doping of AIIIBV microcrystals in the process of their growth. In order to develop high-stable magnetic measurement devices, magnetic measurement transducer has been developed, which combines primary Hall transducer and special actuator that compensates for the negative influence of the external destabilization factors.
