Тhe new phe-nomenological approach for the prediction of solubility nonelectrolytes in water - acid systems is advanced. Тhe offered approach allows to expect solubility of hy-drocarbons and others nonelectrolytes in a water - acid systems in all range of their composition. Efficiency of the approach is shown on an example of the kinetic analysis technolojically important reaction of hydration isobutene and the data on solubility in water-sulfuric acid system of substances, for which probably specific inte-raction with solvent.
