The work suggests new methods of improurment of collective-contractive regulation of labour payment in enterprises. The propositions prepared can be used by Labour and Social Policy Departament of Ukraine, by Agricultural Policy Departament, by Trade Union Committees while concluding field and collective agreements of newly created agricultural enterprises and organizing labour payment conditions in agriculture.
