Purpose - to study the interrelation between mice genotype and immune function peculiarities in animals of different ages. It was shown that immunological parameters essentially differ in young mice, but this differences almost disappeared with aging. The injection of high dose of corti-costerone or dehydroepiandrosterone led to contradictory alterations in some immune functions of young mice different strains, and did not lead to any changes in old animals.
