Aim: to study the effect of stress on Na,K-ATPase activity of cardiomyocytes and hepatocytes. Methods: differential centrifugation, determination of Na,K-ATPase activity, concentration of 11-HCS and malonic dyaldegide. Scientific and practical results: the results suggest that stress-induced changes in Na,K-ATPase activity depend on kind of tissue, animal's age and stress duration. Under acute stress and during incubation of isolated plasma membranes with corticosterone or epinephrine the same changes in Na,K-ATPase activity are observed. Novelty: for the first time age-related peculiarities of stress-hormones action on Na,K-ATPase activity in isolated plasma membranes were demonstrated. Effectivity: improvement of the scientific investigation quality. Fields of application: gerontology, physiology. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
