The purpose of work is making of theoretical basis for development of a process engineering of hardware washing of a wool, development of requirements of wool processing at the plants of a cotton industry, development of theoretical bases for forming, projection and analysis of structure of woven material on the basis of on the basis of their strained and deformed state with prospect of their use in a light industry. At carrying out of the work the research methods of wool primary handling and process of spinning, reference methods of differential and integrated calculuses, computational method of a warp threads tensionents, method of a tensile strain definition of a warp threads on sites of an loom elastic system of a tuck - in was applied. As a result of the carried out researches the theoretical basis for development of a technology of apparatus washing and spinning of a wool is created, the requirements of wool processing at the cotton industry plants are defined, the methods of woven materials projection are designed on the basis of their strained and deformed state.
