Вacteriological, cytological, morphological, echografia of uterus, doplerometry of uterine blood flow, hysteroscopy. Microbiocenosis of sex ways and condition of endometrial regeneration have been evaluated under puerperal endometritis. Uterine involution and uterine blood flow have been studied during the puerperium. For the first time the role of uterine blood flow disturbances has been shown in origin of uterine subinvolution and disorders of uterine purification. Favourable influence of uterine bioresonance stimulation (BRS) on course of puerperium, uterine blood flow and involution,endometrial regeneration and elimination of bacterial flora from sex ways has been proved. Method of treatment of puerperal endometritis with using of early therapeutic hysteroscopy and BRS has been worked out. It has allowed to reduce the incidence of infectional extension and terms of a treatment 2,5 and 1,7 time as little accordingly. Method of using of uterine BRS for prophylactic of puerperal endometritis in puerperants with high risk of endometritis development has been suggested.
