Increase of a technological level and decrease in terms of creation machines for rocks failure on the basis of development and realization in practice of optimum designing scientific bases of mathematical modelling its working processes and structural - parametrical optimization. Imitating modelling of working processes on the computer, full-size experiment, optimization with many criterions. Methodological principles of modelling of working processes the machines for rocks failure based on the system approach and representation of process of destruction of rocks as a stream of casual events - individual acts of destruction are developed. The developed imitating mathematical models of working processes a mine roll crushers and combine for the first time allow to model correctly transients of start-up, stoping of an agency and operation of safety devices. The method optimization with many criterions of structure and parameters these machine is developed and realized and offers on its improvement are developed. The new method of modelling of process of cutting of rocks, namely the casual making loadings formed on the working tool at cutting and gradation structure of a product is offered. Results are used by DNTU in educational process. Area of use - in project institutes and factories of mining mechanical engineering of Ukraine, in educational process.
