The researches were carried out with use of means of communication, personal computers incorporated in a local network, new system software. During performance of work were: - the annual financial plans (for 2002) received from the industrial enterprises and scientific organizations, - The new versions of applied software of formation of databases, processing and registration of parameters of the annual financial plans and their generalization on branch are developed; - The parameters, generalized on branch, of the financial plans on such sections are investigated: sources of formation and receipt of money resources, gain of actives, return of money resources, charges connected to entering of obligatory payments in the budget and in state target funds, all of the incomes, all of expenses. The parameters were formed on quarters and for one ye ar. The annual parameters of the financial plan for 2002 were compared to actual parameters of 2000. The results of researches are transferred to the Customer for use in the further work and for acceptance of the administrative decisions.
