It was stated that in favorable pregnancy period in fullterm newborns the anaerobic ways of energy supplement are being activated and additional channels of metabolism are being created connected with the Crebs cycle blockade in hypoxic conditions. The endocrine activity is increased with further reduction of GSH, TSH, Prolactin, Cortisol, T3, T4 resulting in the development of disadaptation syndromes, especially CNS encharged.The peculiarities of clinical-metabolic and hormonal adaptation of newborns considerably to the maternal treatment by progestins, stages of observation and medical-prophylactic measures for these children are determined.
