The mechanism of development of late gestosis was investigated and confirmed that the formation of chronic (DVS) syndrom has been occurred in these women. The main signs of this syndrom are: microthrombosis in the system of microcirculation in vitally important organs, disturbance in transcapillary metabolism and haemorrhage. The newness of this work is that for the first time the criterion of prognosis of development of late gestosis and degree of its severity were set up, estimated their prognostic value and worked up algorithm of prognosis of abovementioned complication of pregnancy in women with diabetes mellitus. The differential charts of the prophylaxis and treatment of late gestosis including preparations for correction of its pathogenesis in women with diabetes had been proposed. The special system of risks factors let us to evaluate in time the possibility of rise and degree of severity of late gestosis in every woman and opportunely to c arry out preventive measures.
