Objective: scientific grounds of current medical care of adolescents. Methods: medical statistic, interviews and copy. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: measures and possibilities for medical care of adoles-cents aged 15-18 at OC for children were considered. Functions of OC and school pediatrists as well as pediatrists rendering medical assistance ad some other educational organization were determined. Instructions for prophylactic examination of children aged 0-18 in Ukraine and for the order of transition of 18-year children to common polyclinics were produced. A project of the Order for Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine for medical care of adolescents in OC for children was designed.
